We wanted to send the email with the download links earlier but it wasn’t possible for some technical reasons, now we have another problem – totally overloaded server. So if you are unable to download it, please try it in a few hours or during the upcoming weekend. We are really sorry for the troubles!

Still haven’t received any mail, everyone else’s seems to work ok, tried emailing you on the support-at-amanitadesign.com but it comes back delivery failure.
Please could you send the link to my work email instead above as this might work, I have all of the Paypal transaction ID like i said tried to send you an email with all of this but it came back delivery failute (presume your having mailbox problems)

I cannot understand why I havent received your email. Could you please send the mail to my work one instead. Although normally never have a problem with either. The work one should be ok as I’ve been receiving mails on it all day. I’ll try this but definetly never received any mails. I finish just finish the game at 5am singapore time. I wish it was longer….. Freak.. are there suppose to be mystery puzzles cos theres some stuff tat i couldn’t get it? Like the pest in the prison cell and the courtyard’s room that can’t be opened. =) Please create more games soon!!!

I want to echo Andre Reis and add my appreciation of the stunning job you at Amanita have done for us. Such a pity people ripped the game off to torrents so quickly. I hope you get sufficient paying customers to enable you to continue your art.
As someone who pre-ordered the game I am disappointed that I still do not have a link to download. It’s possible that it was lost in my Junk mail but I have been careful to watch for that.
How can I get a download link so that I can enjoy the game that I purchased?

I just wanted to let you know, I recieved my download link and had no problem with the download or installation.
I am not rushing though the game but enjoying every minute of it.

very beautiful graphic, but very frustating, because too slow to activate the motion . And not enough hints or instructions to go on. I am at the boiler room scene and cannot move the item to the robot, completely stuck. And don’t know how to continue. Where can I get help. Very disappointing.

Game opens full screen but its just a black window. I made sure the hardware acceleration box is unchecked. Flashplayer 10 in Linux openSUSE 11.2
