My Machinarium pre-order has just taken 10 hours to download and seems to have a file integrity problem. Rather than begin another 10 hours of downloading, is there an alternative source to obtain the installer file?

I read that it would be possible to input pre-order keys into Steam. When is this likely to be possible?

Did you download with a Download Manager? I had no issues downloading the game on day of release with such a program. I'm using Free Download Manager.
